The provided software programs have 3-6 months warranty after the application installation date. EXE Software provides the following services:
- EXE Software consultants will operate in 48 hours maximum to fix the errors that could appear in the application programmes
- Warranty is not valid for the errors made by the users, before or after our consultants intervention. EXE Software will send its consultants in 48 hours maximum, which will fix any possible error but the client will pay for provided services according to EXE Software prices list if there are not calculus or logical errors.
- An error (calculus or logical error) of the application can be cleared up if only EXE Software consultants are in. Our company response will be provided during working days (Monday to Friday between 09:00-18:00).
B. Maintenance
By signing and paying the maintenance contract you get the following:
- Free delivery of all new modules versions (changes, improvements and so on).
- Adaptation of modules to legal changes from Romania and free delivery of these modules to the client .
- Assistance by phone and at the client site regarding the applications use mode.
- Assistance by phone and at the client site regarding the correction of errors due to faulty use of software applications delivered by EXE Software.
