Toneli Holding owns farms in Romania with an annual production capacity of 400 million table eggs, with figures indicating 57% brand awareness nationwide and 89% in Bucharest.
Summary
The collaboration with EXE Software gave the client access to a new technology, Power BI, without having to invest in training and maintaining an in-house team. This allowed Toneli to focus on its core business while the technological aspects were handled by EXE’s experts.
The start of the collaboration
The need to plan Toneli’s activity, given that the company’s business involves managing multiple variations with complex dimensions, led to collaboration with EXE Software. Initial objectives included tracking the budget, performing planning, explaining variations and managing different business scenarios.
Solution and results
The needs solved were the ability to forecast, manage and make the best decisions related to the planning and budgeting processes, where market share is gained from virtually every optimized cost in the end product. EXE Software has offered a new vision through multidimensional management of the variations that affect Toneli’s business, providing greater flexibility in adjusting profitability rates to the company’s need for healthy growth.

The “Made in Romania” platform, www.investingromania.com, came at the right time, developed in the pandemic year 2020 and launched in 2021 with the 6th edition of “Made in Romania”. Besides EXE Software we developed and implemented “Made in Romania” exactly the way we needed it.
The result was well received by the community and brought multiple benefits. Mainly, it contributes to positioning of the Bucharest Stock Exchange as the main financing channel for Romanian entrepreneurs and, on the other hand, it increases the “Made in Romania” community, made up of companies, consultants and investors. Also, this version of the platform is not the final one. We plan further development with new functionalities, aimed at supporting Romanian entrepreneurs.
