EXE Software and DDM Group had signed a collaboration agreement for the takeover and additional development for their software solution.

DDM Group is a specialist acquirer and manager of distressed asset portfolios in Eastern Europe. For almost a decade, DDM is retaining longstanding relations with international banks requiring sustainable solutions to recover outstanding distressed assets.

Under the agreement, EXE Software will ensure the takeover, additional development and support and maintenance on the software solutions of DDM Group.

DDM Group selected EXE Software among several software companies worldwide because of the experience and expertise in software solutions development, professional project management and the top technologies used.
